Mr. Harvinder Singh Duggal, recipient of the prestigious "Hall of Fame Icon"
award, is a visionary leader in the global aviation and travel industry.
After beginning his career with the Tata Group, he co-founded
Minar Travels in 1992, transforming it into the dynamic Minar Group of
Companies. As Managing Director, he oversees aviation services,
inbound tourism, luxury and corporate travel, online aviation training with
CPAT, Houston, and event management through Elbon. Committed to
innovation and excellence, Mr. Duggal continually enhances service quality,
embraces technology, and drives growth, cementing his reputation as
a trailblazer in the industry.

Amidst business activities, we have never forgotten our responsibilities toward underprivileged sections of society.

Minar has been associated with HOLY FAMILY ASHA NIWAS, an orphanage in Delhi for underprivileged girls who are either abandoned or runaway from the atrocities, and Kalgidhar Society who are running educational Institutions at Baru Sahib, also known as the “Valley of Divine Peace”, located in the state of Himachal Pradesh in India. The academy has around 6,000 students mostly from the deprived sections of society admitted, provided education, and groomed regardless of caste, creed & religion. Minar sponsors girls and boys from these societies and elsewhere to help them to grow to be gentlemen and elegant ladies who can earn and live with dignity in society.
